Back at home in week four, Coastal Kings FC delivered a composed and controlled performance in a 3–1 win over Pre-Collegiate DA. The Kings set the tone early, jumping out to a 2–0 lead before halftime behind goals from Miguel Romero and Zack Hargreaves. The tempo was sharp, the movement clean, and the execution clinical. Pre-Collegiate DA responded shortly after the break, cutting the deficit to 2–1 and briefly shifting momentum. But the Kings didn’t panic. They tightened defensively, managed the match, and waited for their moment. That moment came late, when Romero found the net for his second of the night,

sealing the 3–1 result. A professional performance from start to finish, and an important bounce-back result.

Coach’s Notes – David Koebler:

“It was a good match at home for us. The group settled in and maintained the game model for most of the match. There were a few areas I wasn’t happy with, but overall the boys won a game we needed to win. The outcome was positive for us today.”
