Coastal Kings FC (“Kings,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of children.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If a child under 13 provides personal information to us without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.

In certain cases, such as youth program registrations, camps, or club-related activities, we may collect information about minors. In these instances, information is provided by a parent or legal guardian and is used solely for registration, communication, safety, and operational purposes.
