Coastal Kings FC is a semi-professional soccer club based in Savannah, Georgia, operating men’s and women’s programs and providing competitive, developmental, and community-based soccer experiences.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Changes to These Terms

Coastal Kings FC may publish news, match reports, player updates, and club announcements. Information may be updated or corrected as needed.

Any interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

11) Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing, you agree to receive emails related to:

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

12) Tickets, Memberships, and Billing

If you purchase tickets or memberships:

• Pricing and details will be provided at checkout

• Some memberships may renew automatically unless canceled

• Access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or offerings with notice where required.

13) Merchandise and Purchases

For merchandise purchases:

Returns and exchanges are governed by the policy provided at purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Kings FC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid to the club in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Kings FC from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

21) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22) Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Coastal Kings FC regarding the Services.
