Kings II Drop Match to Bold City FC

Possession doesn’t always equal results. Coastal Kings II controlled nearly 70% of the ball against Bold City FC in Jacksonville but couldn’t translate that dominance into enough goals, falling 2–1. The Kings dictated tempo, moved the ball effectively, and spent long stretches in control, but finishing chances proved to be the difference. It was an uncharacteristic outcome for a team that typically capitalizes on that level of control.

would guess we turned the ball over close to 100 times. They didn’t beat us as much as we beat ourselves. They were in the right place when we made mistakes. It’s not fun, but it happens. We’ll rebound.”
