Kings II Storm Back for 4–2 Comeback Win in Valdosta

Coastal Kings II showed resilience early in the season with a comeback 4–2 win on the road in Valdosta. After conceding two early goals, the Kings were forced to respond, and they did. A determined push brought the match level at 2–2 before halftime, completely shifting the momentum. From there, the Kings took control. Two second-half goals completed the turnaround, turning a difficult start into a statement win. It was a performance built on composure and response, not panic.
Coach’s Notes – David Koebler: “The boys have a saying, the ball doesn’t lie. Sometimes things happen in a game that don’t sit right, but over time the game corrects itself.
That’s what this felt like. We had control but found ourselves down early. The boys stayed with it, kept attacking with pace and pressure, and turned it around. The boys earned it.”
